All purchases made through Sharp Sports Investments LLC are final. Once a package is purchased, no refunds will be issued, unless explicitly stated otherwise by our Money Back Guarantee Policy.


Money Back Guarantee Policy:
The Money Back Guarantee Policy applies only to specific packages, including Month, 2 Months, One Year, and Lifetime Packages, and All Season Special Packages. Under this policy:

For the 1 Month and 2 Month Package, if you have not made a profit, you may be eligible for a refund at the 90 Day mark after after your package expires, provided you are still not in profit. For the Yearly and Lifetime Packages, and all single sports packages (Football Packages, MLB Packages, Basketball Packages, UFC Packages, and NHL Packages) if you have not made a profit by the 365 day mark, you are eligible to request a refund.

Refund Details:
Under the Money Back Guarantee Policy, the refund will be limited to the purchase price of the package; nothing beyond that will be refunded. The Company reserves the right to verify your profit/loss claims and assess the eligibility for a refund based on your investment history and activities.

Waiver of Legal Disputes:
By purchasing a package from Sharp Sports Investments LLC, you waive any right to initiate any legal disputes or actions against the Company or its representatives. Therefore, you agree not to hold the Company responsible for any perceived losses, damages, or unfavorable outcomes resulting from your use of our services.


Dispute Resolution and Defamation Clause:
If you dispute any charges related to the purchase of our packages, you will be subject to a $15,000 fine, plus any punitive damages (including loss of revenue), and you will no longer be eligible for our Money Back Guarantee Policy. Furthermore, any defamatory or disparaging behavior, whether online or offline, intended to harm the reputation of Sharp Sports Investments LLC or its representatives, will also result in a $15,000 fine, plus any punitive damages (including loss of revenue). The determination of what constitutes defamatory or disparaging behavior will be at the sole discretion of Sharp Sports Investments LLC.


Ineligibility for Money Back Guarantee:
Any defaming, threatening, derogatory behavior, or any actions intended to harm the reputation of Sharp Sports Investments LLC will render you ineligible for the Money Back Guarantee. Additionally, any violation of the Company's Code of Conduct, as outlined in our separate Code of Conduct document, may result in the forfeiture of any refund claims and may subject you to further penalties.


Confidentiality:
Our picks and information are 100% confidential and are solely for the buyer's use. By purchasing a package from Sharp Sports Investments LLC, you agree to keep all provided information strictly confidential and not to share, distribute, or disclose the content to any third party, either directly or indirectly. Any direct or indirect resharing of our information will result in a $100,000 fine, and the Company reserves the right to pursue legal action for any damages incurred due to such unauthorized sharing.

The total liability of Sharp Sports Investments LLC for any claim arising from or related to our services shall not exceed the total fees paid by you for the specific package in question.


Indemnification:
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Sharp Sports Investments LLC and its representatives from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses, including attorney fees, arising out of or resulting from your use of our services, your violation of these Terms and Conditions, or your violation of any applicable laws or regulations.


Governing Law and Jurisdiction:
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state or country in which Sharp Sports Investments LLC operates. Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or related to these Terms and Conditions shall be brought exclusively in the appropriate court of competent jurisdiction in that state or country.
